This is a special Ruskin Pottery high fired sang de boeuf large bowl upon a Japanese hard wood carved stand. This bowl is beautifully finely potted and has an all over even superb high fired glaze. This glaze is superb and has some great markings and colours with the underside resembling frog spawn. It is fully marked to the base. The bowl measures 23cm in diameter and 8cm tall, the total height on stand is 13.5cm tall. It is in excellent condition. It is very difficult to find top quality bowls, this is one.
