This is a very unusual Ruskin Pottery High Fired vase. It is a fantastic globe shape with small neck, which doesn't turn-up very often. It is an early piece having the impressed oval Smethwick mark. It has a very subtle and refined speckled green flambe glaze, which has fired evenly. It is fully marked to the base and retains its Ferneyhough label to the base. It measures 20cm tall and is in good condition.
