Frederick James Shields (1833 - 1911) Arts and Crafts Enamel Plaque, SOLD

This is a truly stunning Arts and Crafts enamel panel depicting mermaids on rocks, looking out to sea at a galleon in sail. It was made by Frederick James Shields and has his hand painted monogram in gilt. This piece really is of the highest quality. It measures 12.5cm in diameter and in very good condition
