This is a fantastic Brian Bradshaw (1923-2016) oil on board called Striptease, dated 1970. This is Julian Opie before Julian Opie! This piece was painted in South Africa, It is very decorative and well painted. The boldness and strength of line is remarkable. There is real skill in achieving everyday movements and poses with the simplicity of one line. The image measures 125cm x 39cm and framed 144cm x 57cm. It is a large piece held within a bespoke handmade and painted gallery frame.
