This is an incredibly stylish gouache by Joseph Sancha entitled 'Houses'. It retains its original London Gallery label verso. The artist depicts what is likely a French street scene in a stylised way. The colours are really striking and perfectly personify the period, which is likely the 1950s or 1960s. This piece is fully signed. It is contained within its original frame and measures 42.5cm x 32cm. It is in good condition. A great piece.
