This is a beautiful quality Moore Brothers pate sur pate Aesthetic Movement moonflask decorated with a putti riding a snail. It is very interesting as this is a classic Minton shape, possibly designed by Christopher Dresser. The border and foot also have Dresser-esque motif. However it clearly has Moore impressed to the base alongside a London retailers mark. It is great quality and extremely decorative. It measures 15.5cm tall and is in good condition.
