This is a superb Arts and Crafts inlaid oak tea caddy attributed firmly to Arthur Simpson Of Kendal. This thorned vine and stylised flowerhead design inlay appears on other pieces by him. This piece is of the highest quality and is a rare survivor. This piece measures 19.5cm wide, 12.5cm deep and 13.5cm tall. It is in very good condition and retains it's original liner.
