This is a fantastic blue crayon drawing depicting two figures one seated by Arthur Berridge (1902-1957) unsigned dating from the 1930's-1940's. This is a strong semi abstracted study in blue crayon probably used as an idea for a stone carving, especially with the hatched shading intended to give a three dimensional feel to the figures. This work came from the family estate. It is in good condition apart from a small tear to one edge as seen in the images. Framed it measures 47cm x 57cm, the image 37cm x 48cm
