This is a very good pen and ink drawing by Brian Bradshaw (1923-2016) which depicts the town square in Vienna in 1952. He completed this piece on his way back through Europe after his Prix de Rome prize winning study year. Such a confident piece, a master draughtsman. Framed it measures 63.5cm x 49.5cm, the image 60cm x 44cm. It has a small tear on the bottom edge but displays incredibly well. A rare early piece.
