This is a superb and quite scarce Farnham Pottery owl stickstand from the Arts and Crafts period. It is hand thrown with hand incised decoration to the body. It is very hard to find the large stickstands especially in very good condition, such as this one. They are normally broken or damaged. This one does have a tiny rim nick and frit. It displays beautifully and measures 50cm tall. The condition of this piece is quite something.
