Clement Oswald Skilbeck Silver Pre-Raphaelite Morse, dated 1914, SOLD

This is a stunning silver large Morse or Medallion by Clement Oswald Skilbeck (1865-1954) depicting in high relief and winged Pre-Raphaelite figure dated 1914. His pieces are extremely hard to find. He was considered one of the last Pre-Raphaelite artists and was friends with William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones. This is such a beautiful object and comes in its original fitted case. He was known to have sold things at The Arts and Crafts Exhibitions. It measures 11.5cm in diameter and is heavy!
