This is a striking and large Arts and Crafts oak upholstered settle dating to around 1900. It is made from quality quarter sawn oak timber and has been sympathetically upholstered in new fabric. It would be a real statement feature in any hall or salon. A very functional piece. It is in good condition. There is a professional small triangular slither scarf repair to a bottom back edge as seen in the images. We cannot attribute this piece to a particular maker. It measures 159cm wide, 132cm tall and 46cm deep.
