This is a very decorative Arts and Crafts brass wall mounted clock. We do not know who the maker is but it is great quality. The brass face has quality hand repousse decoration and numerals. The clock face measures 28cm x 23cm. It is in good condition. We are not experts on clocks and wouldn't know how to test it to see if it works or not. We are selling it as a decorative piece.
