This is a very large 1950s Italian pottery vase with stylised incised figural decoration very much in the manner of Marcello Fantoni. It is unmarked but incredibly well made. The decoration is different all the way around and from top to bottom. It measures a staggering 50cm tall. It is in good condition generally but has a professional restoration to a hairline in the rim. It displays magnificently.
