This is a stunning and huge Rambervillers French pottery lustre model of an owl. It is extremely well modelled and has its original glass eyes. I have seen many animal depictions made at this factory but never one of this scale. It measures 45.5cm tall. There is a small professional repair to the tip of one of the ears. Other than this it is in excellent condition. It is fully marked to the base.
