James Miles Ltd

This is a very good pen and ink drawing by Brian Bradshaw (b1923) entitled Pabacio Real Madrid and dated 1952. This is a very early work for him and was executed during the time he spent in Rome having won the Prix de Rome prize at the Royal College Of Art. Pieces from this period in Brian's career are very difficult to find. This piece is very simple but has real movement, it shows his ability as a draughtsman and engraver. The image itself measures 40cm x 29cm and framed 61cm x 49cm.
